Man Found Guilty in Dancer's Murder

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A second jury found a man guilty of first-degree murder in the death of an Oklahoma City exotic dance back in July 2008.

Prosecutors claimed Nicco Barnett shot and killed 25-year-old Vanessa Swaissi when he and another man tried to rob her near northeast 63rd Street and Broadway.

Jurors took two hours to reach their verdict Friday.

The first jury deadlocked in October forcing a second trial.

Sentencing is set for June.
