Woman Found Tied Up in Car Near Crystal Lake

OKLAHOMA CITY – Police are investigating what led to a woman found tied up near Crystal Lake.

According to police, officers were called to a suspicious vehicle found at the lake, near S.W. 15th Street and Rockwell Avenue. Police found a vehicle and noticed a blanket moving around inside. They busted a window to get to the tied-up woman.

She told police she was at the Love's gas station at S.W. 89th Street and Interstate 44 at about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday when a man forced his way into her vehicle with a weapon. The woman told police the man forced her to drive around the city all night and arrived at Crystal Lake after daylight. The woman said that's when the man tied her up and left.

There are no signs of sexual or physical assault on the woman.
