Police Make Arrest in Hit-and-Run Case

Oklahoma City Police Hit-and-Run investigators arrested a man Tuesday in connection with an auto-pedestrian accident last month that left a man critically injured.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City Police Hit-and-Run investigators arrested a man Tuesday in connection with an auto-pedestrian accident last month that left a man critically injured. 

Oklahoma City Police investigators say 19-year-old Antonio Espinoza was driving near N.W. 10th Street and MacArthur Boulevard on the night of February 20 when he hit 48-year-old John Moore. Investigators say Espinoza fled the scene leaving Moore critically injured on the side of the road.

Espinoza was booked in the Oklahoma County jail on several charges including leaving the scene of an accident involving great bodily injury.

Moore has since been released from the hospital.
