NORMAN, Oklahoma -- Norman police are investigating bones found in a wooded area in far east Norman.
Officers said they believe the bones found near Reynolds Lake off Northeast 168th and Rock Creek Road are the skeletal remains of a human.
Lt. Blake Green says the remains were found about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Green says the remains are being sent to the state medical examiner's office in an effort to identify them and determine a cause of death.
