OKLAHOMA CITY -- Former President Bill Clinton is returning to Oklahoma City to accept the Oklahoma National Memorial and Museum's Reflection of Hope Award.
"We'll be honoring President Clinton for, not just for his work in helping us rebuild Oklahoma City, but through his international work of teaching hope in the midst of political violence around the word," Kari Watkins with the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum said.
Clinton addressed the nation on the night of the Murrah Bombing reassuring Americans that he would not allow the country to be intimidated by evil cowards.
He visited survivors and victim's families four days after the April 19, 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City before speaking at the first Memorial Service.
He will be the 6th recipient of the Reflection of Hope Award which he will accept April 21 in Oklahoma City.
