OKLAHOMA CITY -- An OSBI investigation into the Marlow Police Department has been completed, and is now in the hands of the D.A. and the Attorney General.

The investigation was requested after a Stephens County judge tossed out a criminal case last year. The judge and Stephens County District Attorney Bret Burns said two Marlow officers and the chief of police had inconsistencies in the testimonies they gave in court.

Former Officers Rodney Richards, Randy Johnson and former Chief of Police Bob Hill were all fired by the city this year.

In 2009, Burns said he would consider filing criminal charges against the three once he receives OSBI's report.

A spokeswoman for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation confirmed the report was delivered to Burns and the Attorney General's Office late Wednesday afternoon.
