New Details Released on Drunk Driver who Killed Child

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Police said a drunk driver who slammed into the back of a family's vehicle killing a 5-year-old inside and critically injuring another toddler was also taking prescription drugs.

Court documents revealed James Opp had been drinking moonshine and taking Xanax prior to the crash. The documents also stated Opp had an open can of beer in his car when he crashed into the Stutts' family.

Five-year-old Adam Stutts was killed in the crash. Adam's 3-year-old sister, Avery, is still in the hospital in critical condition.

Adam was laid to rest on Thursday.
