Suspect Sought in Food Store Robbery, Shooting

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City police have identified a suspect involved in the shooting of a store clerk last week.

Police have identified 18-year-old Carlos Xavier Ross of Oklahoma City in the shooting of Adi Vaka at the Friendly Food Store, 2800 N. Classen, on Tuesday, February 2.

Ross now faces robbery and assault charges.

Vaka remains hospitalized.

The second suspect remains unidentified. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Ross should call 911 immediately.
