Oklahoma City Police Investigate Fatal Shooting

Oklahoma City police are investigating a shooting that took place Sunday morning on the city's northeast side.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City police are investigating a shooting that took place Sunday morning on the city's northeast side.

According to police, 54-year-old Virginia K. Moore was found shot to death in the 3000 block of N.W. 15th Street, the home of former NBA player Edwin Combs. 

Police said Combs father, 70-year-old Edgar L. Combs, was actually the one who shot Moore. Edgar Combs was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on one count of first-degree murder. His son was questioned and released.  He's not considered a suspect.

A motive for the shooting is unknown.
