Missing Oklahoma City Man's Body Found

Oklahoma City police found the body of a missing Oklahoma City man Sunday afternoon.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City police found the body of a missing Oklahoma City man Sunday afternoon.

According to police, officers found the body of 78-year-old Ollie Arterberry near the front porch of a vacant home, 1900 N.E. 50th Street, after they responded to a welfare check. The same residence was checked on Thursday, February 5, but Arterberry was not found.

A Silver Alert was issued for Arterberry after he reportedly walked away from the Grace Living Center Thursday.

Police say Arterberry's death seems to be of natural causes, but the medical examiner's office will later determine an exact cause of death.
