Oklahoma City restaurant Café do Brasil is donating a portion of its sales over the next two weeks to the Red Cross International Relief for Haiti.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City restaurant Café do Brasil is donating a portion of its sales over the next two weeks to the Red Cross International Relief for Haiti.

Café do Brasil, 440 Northwest 11th Street, will donate 10 percents of all its day sales on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, January 19-21 and the following Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, January 26-28.

Café do Brasil owner Ana Paixao Davis is originally from Brazil and said she knows "first-hand how hard it is to live in a developing country, especially during times of tragedy."

Davis said she hopes other local restaurants will join in on the recovery efforts.
