TULSA, OK -- Tulsa police arrested a fugitive from justice on Friday in connection with a Minnesota homicide. Ryan Hurd, 21, was booked on a complaint of first degree murder in the death of Kathryn Rose Anderson, 19.

Detectives say the two were involved in a long-distance relationship, and Hurd fled Minnesota on a bus to Tulsa.

Anderson's body was found Thursday in a ditch near the Minnesota town of Owatonna. An autopsy concluded that she died of homicidal injuries. It is possible that there are other suspects involved as well, according to the Minnesota Department of Public Safety.

Anyone with any information about Anderson's whereabouts on Wednesday, December 2 or about the crime is urged to contact the Steele County Sheriff's Office at 1-866-878-7964 or 507-451-8232.
