1 Teen Killed, 1 Injured in Weekend Shooting

Oklahoma City police are investigating a weekend shooting outside an event center on the city's northwest side that left one teen dead and another injured.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City police are investigating a weekend shooting outside an event center on the city's northwest side that left one teen dead and another injured.

Police Sgt. Gary Knight says officers were called to the Portland Events Center just before midnight Saturday and found 17-year-old Dejontae Durham dead from a gunshot wound. Another teen -- 19-year-old Dominic Jones -- was injured.

Investigators believe a fight started at a party inside the center and continued in the parking lot, where the shooting occurred.

Knight says investigators have not identified any suspects and are looking into the possibility that the shooting is gang-related.
