OKLAHOMA CITY -- All eastbound lanes of the Interstate 40 are open again in downtown Oklahoma city after crews made emergency repairs to the Crosstown Expressway.
Crews closed two lanes between Western Avenue and Lincoln Boulevard at about 5:30 a.m. Friday.
The lanes open up again around 7 a.m.
