UNDATED -- Tulsa's economy is getting national attention. A report in BusinessWeek says the Tulsa metro area economy was one of the nation's top 40 metros least touched by this recession.

Tulsa ranked number seven and Oklahoma City ranked number three.

The magazine reports the oil and gas industry, coupled with stable home prices, helped Tulsa and Oklahoma City weather the economic storm better than other cities.
