1 Shot During Robbery Attempt

OKLAHOMA CITY – One person was injured in an attempted robbery in south Oklahoma City, police said.

Police were called the Somerset Apartments, 1208 W I-240 Service Road, around 5 a.m. Thursday.

Two people in the apartment told police that two armed men came to their apartment door wearing ski masks.  The men attempted to rob the two residents and shot one of them in the leg.

No names were released.
