Suspect Sought in Early Morning Standoff

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The hunt is on for an Oklahoma City man who launched a standoff this morning.

Police surround a home in the 18000 block of S.E.74th Street near Luther Road at about 7:30 a.m.

SkyNEWS9 HD was above the scene as a K9 unit and police helicopter Air One canvassed the area.

They were looking for 36-year-old James Edward Montgomery but he was not there.

Montgomery has two active warrants out for his arrest including obstructing a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
