Police Continue Search for Oklahoma City Plumber's Killer

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The family of a plumber who was stabbed to death in his truck has offered a reward in hopes of finding the killer.

On August 8, Dwight Patrick was murdered by who police believe to be one of Dwight's employees, but three weeks later the suspect has yet to be caught and the family is desperate to find the killer.

"Dwight's philosophy was you pick yourself up, you brush yourself and you go on and that's the philosophy I've tried to maintain," said Genia Patrick, Dwight's wife.

But before Genia is able to fully move forward she said she wants the man she and police believe killed her husband off the streets.

"I believe he is still in the area and we would like to talk to him, obviously, and we would like the police to arrest him, and we would like to see justice done in this case," Genia said.

Police are searching for Noel Fuentes, who was one of Dwight's employees for the past eight years. Genia said on the morning of August 8th Fuentes and her husband argued over money. She believes the fight escalated and led to the stabbing of her husband.

"You know the person and you know a lot about them and this is something you find difficult to believe," Genia said.

Genia said she has had a very difficult time coming to terms with knowing her husband is gone.

"His grand kids are playing football and baseball this fall again and he's missing out on that and that's hard too for them to look around for papa and know he's not there," Genia said.

Dwight's family has issued a $2,500 reward for any information leading to Fuentes' arrest.
