INGREDIENTS:
Scallops 3 each
Onion 1tbl
Garlic 1 tsp
Salt & pepper to taste
Cream ¼ cup
Sherry 2 tbl
Veg oil 1 oz
Mozzarella grated 2 tbl
Whole butter 2 tbl
Lemon zest 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat pan and add oil.
2. Place dredge scallops in pan then turn and place on plate.
3. Remove oil and add whole butter, onion, garlic then add sherry, cream and cheese.
4. Finish with parsley and lemon zest.
