Lake Hefner Parkway Attempted Jumper Threatens Morning Traffic

OKLAHOMA CITY - Authorities reopened the Lake Hefner Parkway after a man who threatened to jump from an overpass was taken into custody.

Police shut down Lake Hefner Parkway around 6:40 a.m. because the man threatened to jump from the N.W. 63rd Street overpass.

Police took the man into custody about an hour later and opened the road to traffic.
