No Charges Yet Against Man Accused of Drowning Toddler

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Prosecutors have until the end of the week to file charges against the man accused of drowning a 2-year-old girl at Lake Stanley Draper.

Police said Donald Reeser dunked Allie Croom's head under water until she drowned.

The medical examiner ruled the child died from asphyxia by drowning but has not said whether it was accidental or a homicide.

Reeser is being held on a first degree murder complaint.

Croom was laid to rest Wednesday.
