Village Police Looking for Woman's Attacker

VILLAGE, Oklahoma -- Village police continued their search Tuesday for a man they believe is responsible for attacking a woman in her home.

The man is about 5-foot-11-inches tall and around 180 pounds. He's in his late 30s.

Police said the man was working in the victim's backyard last Sunday. She noticed the man standing in a utility room. He then forced her back inside the home, where he sexually assaulted her. He ordered her to stay in the bathroom while he ransacked her house.

"The most distinctive thing he has though on his face is the white marks," Deputy Chief Steve Jagosh said. "She couldn't describe them anymore than they were white marks. Don't know if they're freckles or old acne scars."

The woman also said the man was wearing a doo-rag.
