Ingredients:

1/2 oz. 151 Rum
1 oz. Coffee liqueur
1/2 oz. Raspberry liqueur
Coffee
Fresh whipped cream
Sugar, super fine
Orange slice
Fresh raspberries
Cinnamon sticks

Directions:

  1. Rub orange slice along rim of glass
  2. Dip glass in sugar
  3. Add rum and carefully ignite rum so sugar on glass caramelizes
  4. Add coffee and raspberry liqueurs
  5. Add coffee
  6. Top with whipped cream
  7. Garnish with fresh raspberries and cinnamon stick
