OKLAHOMA CITY -- Griffin Communications was honored Tuesday night, as two members of the company's staff were recognized for their contributions in media.

Radio Oklahoma Network's Ron Hays was awarded the VIP award from the Oklahoma's Future Farmers of America. It is the organization's highest honor for an adult supporter.

Hays, Director of Farm Programming, is known for the Oklahoma Farm Reports and can be heard throughout the state on RON affiliates.

The Interfaith Alliance honored several Oklahomans Tuesday night, including Griffin Communications Director of Online Content Blaise Labbe, who was presented with the 2009 Peace and Dialogue Award.
