MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma -- A Muskogee man is home after an overseas trip that brought him international attention and a new world record. Brian Jackson is known for his amazing lung power and his positive message for thousands of school kids.

Brian Jackson recently returned home from Italy with a treasure of memories and a new world record.

"I did three hot water bottles until they burst in a minute and eight seconds," said Brian Jackson, a world record holder.

Jackson set the record on an Italian television program.

"I'm still on cloud nine," said Jackson.

Jackson realized 17 years ago he had amazing lung power. He said his trip to Italy felt like his Olympic moment.

This isn't the only time Jackson has received international attention.

In January, he was on a TV show in Spain, where he attempted a world record for inflating a weather balloon.

"I think I'm more well known internationally than here in the United States," said Jackson.

Jackson said the exposure has given him a chance to be a goodwill ambassador for Oklahoma and the United States, and has made him countless friends.

"Met the tallest man in the world, the shortest man in the world, the lady with the longest dreadlocks, the guy with the stretchiest skin, we met a guy from German that walks on fire," said Jackson.

The attention also opens the door for Jackson to spread a positive message to young people.

As a motivational speaker, Jackson is known as the "I Believe" guy.

"Growing up in Seminole, I got involved in drugs and alcohol and I had a really rough time, and somebody gave me a second chance. I took that second chance and I ran with it. I never dreamed that I'd do some of the things that I do," said Jackson.

He encourages people to find their hidden talents and to work hard to achieve goals.

"You have to learn how to take those gifts and talents that we all have and push them as hard as you can, and it's given me three world records that take me all over the world now," said Jackson.

Jackson says he'll keep spreading that message, impacting young lives and breaking records with every breath he takes.

Jackson will be in a Fox Sports show of the top 50 random acts of awesome. He'll be in the 2010 Guinness Book of World Records.
