TULSA, Oklahoma -- Police are investigating the reported abduction of a Tulsa woman.  The story is unfolding Wednesday morning in a north side Tulsa neighborhood.

Tulsa Police said a 22-year-old woman claimed she was abducted and raped at a home near the 2100 block of North Darlington.

Police said a man took his dog for a walk at about 5 a.m. Wednesday, and discovered a woman hiding under his porch.

The resident told officers the woman was partially clothed and was traumatized.

The woman told Tulsa Police she was abducted from a convenience store in the 4600 block of North Cincinnati two days ago by a man with a gun.

She said she managed to get away from her abductor and hide.

"She fled that house and took refuge under the back porch here and she said that in this weather, with very little clothing on she stayed there for two to three hours, before the gentlemen came out to tend his animals," said Tulsa Police Cpl. Mark Shelton.

The woman was taken to a Tulsa hospital for a rape examination.

Police said she could not pinpoint where she had been taken, but police officers believe it was near where she was found.

Police said the woman had not been reported missing.

Tulsa Police are looking for a male suspect in his 40's to 50's, braided hair and multiple tattoos.  They are also looking for a maroon or black Jeep in connection with the incident.
