OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Oklahoma City police sergeant is on administrative leave after a woman accused him of hitting her with his pistol and threatening to shoot her.

Police said Daniel Dominguez is the subject of a criminal and internal investigation.

Stacie Dillard told police she went to see him at his off-duty security job. They have a 7-year-old daughter.

She said Dominguez was upset with her over her male friend. Dillard said he threatened to shoot her, the friend and himself, and then hit her on the knee with the barrel of his gun. He was arrested and booked into jail on a domestic abuse complaint and later released on his own recognizance.

Dominguez does not have a listed phone number, and court records do not indicate if he has an attorney.
