Severe Weather Moves into State

Storms are already starting to form in northwest Oklahoma. A tornado watch has been issued for northcentral Oklahoma including Enid, Ponca City and Alva until 7 p.m.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Storms flared up across the state Monday afternoon, and continued their path east through Oklahoma into Tuesday morning.

The metro could see rain and thunderstorms Tuesday, which should die out around mid-morning. The line of storms is expected to continue east, moving it's way toward Tulsa and Ardmore around noon.

The chance for rain will continue through the week until Friday.
