It was a funny moment on News 9 at Four on Tuesday.

As the winter storm moved across Oklahoma, David Payne was on-air giving you the latest information.  News 9 Storm Tracker Val Castor was out in the field, doing what he does best, reporting about the conditions in the area.

When David Payne took Val live on-air at 4 p.m., Val decided to give David a hard time.
