Sex Offender Caught Masturbating In OKC Wal-Mart Parking Lot

OKLAHOMA CITY -

Police arrested a man for indecent exposure outside a Wal-Mart in southwest Oklahoma City, Wednesday morning.

Officers found 44-year-old Joe Dunlap touching himself inside an SUV parked at the Wal-Mart.

Store employees say they saw Dunlap outside the store several times.

Dunlap is a registered sex offender and was convicted for indecent exposure in 2007.
