Tulsa police arrested a man and woman for lewd behavior outside a Tulsa business Saturday morning. Julia Ann Williams, 46, and Herman F. Wright, 48, were booked on complaints of engaging in lewdness, public drunk and indecent exposure.

According to the arrest report, a police officer going to work out saw the couple having sex at 11 a.m. outside Storey Wrecker Service in north Tulsa. An on-duty officer arrived on scene and questioned the pair.

Both Wright and Williams showed signs of being intoxicated, the arresting officer said in his report. Julia Williams, who has been arrested several times for "commercial sex, public intoxication and numerous other charges," told the officer "I had sex with him without him even paying me," the arrest report states.

She told police Wright is a drug dealer, and she just wanted to get a Lortab. Wright reportedly told officers he would take them to three houses that have crack cocaine in them if they would let him go.

Herman Wright also has had numerous arrests for public intoxication, the arrest report states. He has been imprisoned on several drug-related charges.
