A Tulsa woman was arrested when officers discovered a meth lab in the apartment she shared with two children, according to Tulsa Police.

Samantha Opal Manuel, 22, is in Tulsa County Jail on complaints of endeavoring to manufacture methamphetamine and two counts of felony child neglect.

The arresting officer said he went to Manuel's apartment in the 1400 block of East Reading Street to investigate drug activity, and she gave him consent to search the residence.

He found ingredients used to manufacture methamphetamine and a one-pot lab, the arrest report states.

There were two children, ages 3 and 1, at the residence. Manuel's bond for each count of child neglect is $25,000.
