OKLAHOMA CITY -- The sex offender accused of murdering a Spencer woman outside her Midwest City church is facing other accusations, too.

James Allen O'Berry is currently in jail on a murder complaint. Investigators say he stabbed and ran over 26-year-old Nelly Pelts on Saturday.

"We were talking about church. I'm a Christian. She's a Christian. I don't know what happened. I blacked out. I don't remember a thing. I swear to God," said O'Berry as officers escorted him to the county jail.

Meanwhile, Oklahoma City Police say James Allen O'Berry is listed as a suspect in two other cases.

Another 26-year-old woman filed a police report last February complaining that O'Berry was showing up wherever she went. The victim's family member told News 9, O'Berry started stalking the woman after meeting her at a church in Southeast Oklahoma City.

In the report, the woman complains that the suspect would show up at her work and her home. The Oklahoma County District Attorney said the case is still pending.

Back in March of 2009, a woman filed a police report saying she was raped by a man who claimed he was a police officer. Oklahoma City police say O'Berry is listed as a suspect in that case as well, but the case was declined after being presented to the District Attorney's office.
