Second "Person Of Interest" Sought In Tulsa Fatal Shooting

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police homicide detectives are looking for another person of interest in connection with a fatal shooting early Monday morning in east Tulsa. 

The shooting happened near a taco stand at the Quik Mart at 41st Street near 109th East Avenue at 2:27 a.m. Monday.

Police say 20-year-old Erik Victorino was shot in the back and died three hours later at a Tulsa hospital. 

Police are looking for Robert Urquiza, 33, of Tulsa. 

Another person of interest in the case, 31-year-old Luis Alberto Mendoza was arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol near St. Louis Monday morning.

Anyone with information about Urquiza or the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
