OKLAHOMA CITY - FBI agents have arrested a Texas man charged with kidnapping a Texhoma girl in 2007.
Terrance Lynn McGuire, 27, was arrested Friday morning in his hometown of Canyon, Texas.
Agents said a recent tip lead to the arrest. Mcguire is accused of luring a 10-year-old girl into a vehicle on January 18, 2007 in Texhhoma, Oklahoma.
The girl was released at a convenience store in Clovis, New Mexico, the next day. She notified store employees who immediately called authorities.
McGuire faces a kidnapping charge in federal court.
