ALTUS, Okla. (AP) - Authorities say a woman charged in the robbery and killing of an Altus man was arrested in Childress, Texas, and returned to Oklahoma today.
Thirty-4-year-old Michelle Calvert and two others are accused of robbing and killing Hai Phan outside an Altus apartment complex early Sunday.
Officers found the 34-year-old Phan with gunshot and multiple stab wounds in a vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to court records, Calvert faces felony murder, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon and robbery with a dangerous weapon charges. Twenty-2-year-old Dominique Lindsey was arrested earlier and is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow.
Thirty-1-year-old Sedrick Sanders is still at large and faces first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon and robbery with a dangerous weapon counts.
