Bank Robbery Suspect Arrested

Authorities have arrested a Tulsa bank robbery suspect. Tulsa Police say 20-year-old Tyler Jacobs was arrested without incident on the Turner Turnpike Sunday. Jacobs was the suspect in a July 30 robbery of a Bank of America branch at 4847 South Peoria.

Police say a tip led them to a Jacobs at an Oklahoma City truck stop. Detectives followed up on the tip and confirmed Jacobs was the man in the bank video. Police say the suspect was getting a ride back to Tulsa when the vehicle he was riding in was stopped and Jacobs arrested.

Jacobs was taken to the Tulsa County jail.
