Putnam City Candy Bar Scam Continues In New Neighborhoods
<p>A group of teenagers continues to target new neighborhoods, looking for homes to steal from. According to police, the teenaged scammers pretend to be athletes for Putnam City schools, raising money by selling candy bars.
