Preliminary Report of Fatal EagleMed Helicopter Crash Released

The preliminary report of last month's fatal EagleMed crash has been released.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The National Transportation Safety Board issued its preliminary report on a last month's deadly EagleMed helicopter crash.

The report showed the helicopter was destroyed on impact near Kingfisher but does not give a cause for the crash.

Pilot Al Harrison and nurse Ryan Duke were killed in the crash.

Michael Eccard survived the crash and is now recovering at home.
